Goddess Weekend - Part 2: January Sales Meeting and New Toys

I love the Sales Meetings!  I always leave them refreshed and re-energized for another quarter of owning my own business.

I give props to the Mother Goddess and her Crew for putting together a fabulous meeting!  Every time, it just seems like they get more tight in their presentation, from the amount of paper that gets printed to the content.

One new item this Sales Meeting was the Breakout Session.  We chose from 3 topics, and I chose Christine LaPlante's workshop "An Introduction to Sexual Integration."

While I consider myself open-minded enough about sex and sexuality, I feel that I can always learn more.  For how can I be an effective Goddess if I cannot present the best information?

Exactly!

I am a strong believer that everything is connected.  Externally and internally, the more we understand our surroundings and our internal baggage, the more we are able to take care of ourselves - and that's not necessarily in a sexual way.

At the most basic level, the importance of breath and breathing is something that is often overlooked.  So, Christine led the Goddesses through a series of breathing exercises that demonstrated the connection within our bodies and with a partner.

All of the breathing exercises are also good not only for the connection but also for raising your energy.  As your energy is raised, your sexual experience gets enhanced.

I believe I touched on this in a previous post that featured Sheri Winston's work.  So, I encourage everyone to do some breathing.  Perhaps I'll begin my parties that way?
